Well-being workshops WoW the Central Highlands

THE Central Highlands Hub Members have recently hosted two Wheel of Well-being (WoW) workshops in the region; one in the Blackwater community and the other in the Tieri community.

These workshops are a fun and interactive way to learn to live happier, healthier and flourishing lives.

Blackwater “Domains of Happiness”group activity – taking a look at what makes most people happy globally.

Throughout the workshops you get to explore the key concepts of positive psychology and how you can use this in your daily life.

Tieri 1 Day WoW participants and workshop facilitators

Participants will also discover some simple everyday things you can do to help yourself flourish, get to share ideas with other participants and also try out some hands on activities from the six domains that make up the Wheel of Wellbeing that will not only benefit their well-being, but also that of their family and friends.
