CentacareCQ COVID-19 Safety Plan

The safety of all CentacareCQ staff and clients is our top priority.

With this in mind, we have implemented a COVID-19 Safety Plan to continue to protect our team and the clients we help, against the risk of infection.

This plan has been created following the guidelines and advice from Queensland Health, The Australian Government Department of Health and relevant industry guidelines.

As new information continues to be released and restrictions change, CentacareCQ will update the plan to reflect this.

Keeping you safe in our facilities

To help keep our staff and you, the client, safe, CentacareCQ has implemented a number of safety protocols.

We are no longer accepting payments of any kind on-site and encourage clients to use alternate payment options including:

CentacareCQ is focused on practicing social/physical distancing at all times.

Rooms and office spaces within each site have been modified to align with social distancing requirements including maximum occupancy signage where appropriate.

Phone and video chat options remain available for a number of services.

Keeping you safe in the community

CentacareCQ staff have access to appropriate PPE and practice good hygiene when interacting with clients.

All vehicles are disinfected between each service.

Clients using our transport services or attending our social group activities will be temperature checked prior to using these services.
