Central Highlands region gets dedicated Community Care Coordinator

Central Highlanders will be able to receive more support and peace of mind with the announcement of a dedicated Community Care Coordinator at CentacareCQ Emerald and Blackwater, in addition to our local teams of support workers.
CentacareCQ is proud to announce that in addition to our local team of support workers, we have a dedicated Community Care Coordinator in the Central Highlands to assist clients in the region.
Georgina Sutton will be on the ground in the Central Highlands region, working out of our Blackwater and Emerald offices, assisting our new and existing clients with case management of a wide range of support services.
These services include:
- Home Care Package Case Management
- Queensland Community Support Scheme Case Management
- Commonwealth Home Support Programme Case Management
- NDIS Case Management
Georgina expressed her excitement to work in the Central Highlands; being a former resident of the region for more than 10 years. This means that like our team of support workers, who are comprised of residents of the areas they service, she perfectly understands the needs of the community.
