CentacareCQ Disability services and supports can open up a world of opportunity for you and your family.
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy life to their full potential and we’ll work with you to understand your individual needs and aspirations. Together we’ll develop a flexible program to ensure you get the most out of your services, and to help make your goals a reality.
Our Disability Services are provided to eligible people aged under 65 (or aged under 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) who have a moderate or severe disability, or a condition which restricts their ability to carry out activities of daily living.
These services are funded through:
- The Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services
- Queensland Community Care Services (QCCS) program
- Individual funded packages
- The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) – As the NDIS is rolled out across our region, CentacareCQ is committed and ready to help our eligible clients smoothly transition to the new model of support. For more information about the NDIS and what it means for you, please click here.
