Sessions @ the Hall returns!

CentacareCQ is kicking off 2021 on a high note with the return of Sessions @ the Hall this month.

The first session will be held Wednesday, February 10 at 310 Social Hub (formerly the QRI Hall) at 9.30am.

CentacareCQ social groups coordinator Danielle Cotter said the team had been working hard to make the return of this popular event an exciting and enjoyable one with the consideration for everyone’s safety front of mind.

“COVID safety measures have been implemented to ensure the safety and protection of all who attend including a sign in register, hand sanitiser, social distancing protocols and morning tea will be brought out on individual plates, rather than platters as formerly done in the past,” she said.

“Bookings will be required to attend Sessions @ the Hall in order to keep track of the number of guests.”

Danielle said Sessions @ the Hall was open to anyone who wished to enjoy a fun morning of games and entertainment.

“Entry is $8, which can be paid at the door. The morning will include live music from local artists, morning tea, raffles and a multi-draw,” she said.
“Transport is also available to and from the venue for a fee.”

CentacareCQ operates this event under contact tracing, sanitising and social distancing guidelines as specified by the Australian Health Department.

Anyone who has visited a COVID hot spot, been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or has symptoms of the virus, including fever, persistent cough, sore throat or shortness of breath, will be denied entry.
